Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Prompt House AB ("we", "us"), the company behind Paintify, collects and uses information when you use our service.

Information we collect

  • Payment data (processed by Shopify)

How we use your information

  • Processing orders
  • Generating your portrait using AI image generation (processed by Google)
  • Delivering digital files
  • Fulfilling and shipping physical orders (processed by our print partner, Gelato, who receives your shipping address and final artwork)
  • Sending order confirmations

Cookies & advertising

We use cookies and may use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics for advertising and analytics. This may include sharing limited customer information (such as email address and purchase activity) with Meta to improve ad performance and measurement. You can choose your cookie preferences through the banner shown on your first visit. You can also opt out of personalized advertising via your Facebook account settings under "Off-Facebook Activity."

Your pet photos

Uploaded photos are used solely to generate and produce your portrait, and are only shared with the service providers necessary to deliver it (our AI image generation provider and our print fulfillment partner). We never share your photos with advertising platforms or use them for any other purpose.

Data retention

Uploaded photos are retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver your portrait, and are deleted within 90 days. Order and email records are kept for up to 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. You can request earlier deletion of personal data at any time (see below).

GDPR (EU/UK customers)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and objection. We process your data on the following legal bases: contract fulfillment (to create and deliver your portrait and order), legal obligation (accounting and tax records), and legitimate interest (measuring and improving our advertising). You can withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time via the cookie banner.

Data is stored securely via Supabase.
