Personalised products

Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded as they are custom-made for you.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please contact hello@prompthouse.se with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery

Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days globally. Some countries may take longer. Free worldwide shipping is included in all print and canvas orders.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are delivered via email immediately after payment.

Refusal of orders

We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our terms.
